We had the best experience at The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans and Army's! So far, we love our time. Hopefully, in the near future, SOFI will ensure there are enough people directing the crowd. There are some hiccups, but I believe they are fixable. It’s understandable that SOFI may be understaffed due to the pandemic. Please make sure that we have more than enough people directing the crowd. On 12/01, we had to exit via a ramp, which was overcrowded, causing some to have mini panic attacks. I really felt unsafe at that time. A3 section Gold VIP Row 17 & 16 was really fazed about what happened on 12/1. They purchased barricade seats but ended up being pushed a couple more rows because apparently, more seats were added without any prior notification. TM, please explain this! Another thing, I hope SOFI will allow people to exit the venue more safely. They purchased tickets for those specific seats. :)
